Accepts or rejects each checklist item, then forwards to the Inspector for final review.
Inspector decides
Final call: Accepted, Rejected, or First Time Right — with snag evidence captured.
Rectify & resubmit
If rejected, the contractor fixes and resubmits. Up to 3 revision cycles tracked automatically.
